Bayonet Point Village Co-op is a friendly and well managed and maintained mobile home community that is located about 35 miles North of Tampa in New Port Richey, Florida. Perfect for active snowbirds and permanent residents alike.

Bayonet Point Village Co-op is a 55+ Deed Restricted, Florida mobile home community. The park opened in 1985 and became resident owned, when it was purchased by the residents in 2004. Small pets are permitted and there is a limited amount of secured storage space available that residents can keep their cargo trailers and RV’s when not in use.
There are 160 home sites. All but 4 lots are occupied. These lots are available for placement of new homes. There are 82 residents who own shares and 76 residents who lease their lot. For shareholders, the monthly maintenance fee is $140. For those who lease, the monthly maintenance fees range from $350 to $415 per month. These fees include use of the clubhouse, a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, lawn mowing and edging, trash removal and sewer.
There is a pool table and a ping pong table in the clubhouse. The community has paved streets and sidewalks, with ample lighting.
All homes are double-wide units which have a covered carport, cement driveway and an in-ground sprinkler system.
There is a listing of homes currently for sale. Homes are available with or without a share.
There are currently no shares available for sale.
It is important to note that all potential residents are required to pass a background and credit check, and are also required to have an interview with the Board of Directors.
